In this shot baby elephants was following her mum.

Nice subject... Nice DOF and good focus on elephant.

I could see her Mom's shadow on her face, and its bit distracting.

I agree with Melanie I think it would add to the photo if you could see a least part of the mom.

yes I have it but baby was out off focus, as u see in this picture the shadow of her mother was reflecting on babies head.
