I do like the group of flowers - the four main loci are nicely arranged. The detail in the petals is good - nice soft, smooth transitions from color to color and vein to vein.

@ 1024x768, the image is a bit soft overall - but nothing you cannot work with. A good b&w render and a square or tighter crop might do wonders for this. As is though, it is a little underexposed and could use some 'zazz' to it. Play around with PP a bit and i'm sure you'll get something better than the original.

mmm... plumeria... if only it were a scratch-n-sniff photo! hehe

Great composition!! The exposure does need a bit of work.

shinermom, Welcome

Your photo encourages me to go out tomorrow to see what the rains may have perked up. I go from roses to weeds and anything in between. The plumeria is subtle and simple, and you kept it from overexposing in the white, while eliminating unnecessary background. Well done.

If I were changing anything, it would be to lift the bottom cutoff petal back into frame, either in post processing, or the next time you photograph plantlife. Your first post is better than most; hope you enjoy the time spent with us.

(If this is not a real flower, it's really well made. It just seems too "even.")

I like this photo the way it is except for the bottom petal as jiminy says. Well done and welcome to the forums.
