I know this is a little bit out of focus but I love the green colors of it.

I agree I love the green but the out of focus distracts from the overall image.

it is out of focus but it's also lacking in composition - there isn't really a focus. maybe if you took the petal face on from the tip looking into the flower it would be better.

If what you love is the green colors, then find a way to capture that. This photo doesn't really do a good job of that, and the fact that its not in focus doesn't help.
