I think if you crop off the bottom of this photo you would have a great photo , the wetness and the little space under the dog draws my eye ,and the collar , could you clone out the patteren so it is all the same tone . He or she is a beautiful dog and you captured the kindness in the eyes .Good photo .

Okay... Lab v2.0

Just a quick crop and clone job, also altered the contrast a little (is the background too bright?), darkened the wet spots so they wouldn't be so distracting, and gave his eyes a little color. Too much?

The crop is good &the contrast makes the dog stand out but it is a tad too much on the back ground,a tad to bright ,I am not sure about the eyes , I would like to see them without the added color, the color does catch your eye but where the eyes are small it may be better with out color . What do you think of the crop & what you have done with your photo in a few short min . WOW you are fast .
