Default Close-up Ostrich

I took this picture of an Ostrich at the Knuthenborg safaripark in Denmark. The weather was bright with clouds. The ostrich walked quite close to the fence - so I could take this close-up picture. I haven't done anything but crop the picture - I tried to get the eye in the upper/left third corner.

What do you think about the picture?
- is it a problem with the blurred dot of sky in front of the head?

I used a canon powershot s3is with max zoom =12x = 72 mm (equals 533 mm on a 35 mm), Aperture f/3.5, shutter speed 1/250.

Hi Bo_
This is very sharp and softly lit ostrich head. The details on the eyes are very nice. I checked the original, there is no room for maneuvering. I would have liked a portrait frame. In this picture, there is a blurred white portion above the beak, I would love to eliminate that. Overall, its a nice take.

I like the shot, the white spot is a little distracting.

I agree about the white spot. A little cloning will fix that puppy up in no time. Looks like he's hungry!
