The little dog in the back is cute the way he is jumping. However, he's distracting and isn't in focus enough to be a main subject. I'd say crop him out but that leaves you with a tightly cropped, odd shaped photo...

I do love how you got down to their eye level when you took this! I hate seeing so many pet pics taken from above. Kudos!

Very nice picture. I know how difficult it is trying to shoot a hyper pet. The dog in the back ground gives me a sense of fun and i like it, it is not distracting IMHO. But whatever is behind (Trash Can?) the white dog is very distracting. If you could clone that out it will be great. Nice shot

Had you thought about a landscape crop? It would give both dogs more room to be adorable in, and reduces grass and fence in background. Yes the small one's OOF and you can do better next time. But he's just too cute not to keep.
