Flower.....just looking for feedback

I took this while on vacation in New York, didn't even realize the bee was in the picture....actually, I am not sure I like the bee there.

I would crop closer to the main flower and leave the bee out. Very good shot by the way

Shoot from a different angle. Probably face on or slightly off with the face of the flower. And yes, get closer so there would be less distractions in the background.

Your second shot is much more a main-subject view, well done, close up. Background could be less fussy, either edit or retake.

First photo is just overpopulated with no one thing really a clear subject. Those buds, lower left, in a Macro would also be a good subject. The bee, or not the bee, that's a question for you to answer. I'd keep the second shot.
