Interesting shot.
The slice of green background doesn't really add to the photo for me and i would personally crop this from the bottom left a bit up and to the right. I feel the shadows and darkness of the girls eyes is a tad bit much and i would try to brighten them just a touch. Otherwise - unique composition, good DOF, etc.

I love that you didn't have the DOF so that the girl was totally unrecognizable.
Ithink its a great shot! Love the colors and the fact there are no colors in the background fighting for attention.

Thanks again for the comments. THis is one of those shots that you just seem to love more and more. When I shot it I certainly was trying for a depth of field shot like was achieved, but can't really say that the way it turned out was completely me, there is always luck too

great composition idea for an otherwise cliche subject. great focus and color. I would crop out the bottom and left so the butterfly is as close as possible to the bottom left third intersection.
