CC... I would probably err (how the heck do you spell err?!) on the side of the background being a little too busy for my liking, and maybe going for a slightly deeper depth of field to get a little more of the models face in focus (unless you were aiming at the left eye? which is something I do a lot) I think this would be a very striking image on a cleaner dark background, quite moody looking for someone young. s

I agree with Sime. The blue/cloud background distracts from the subject. You might be able to fix that in photoediting. I like the way you composed it though; nice positioning of your subject. The slightly OOF face lends a slightly dreamy look, but I think a little more DOF would be better.
