Hi ripp, have a look and make sure that all of the < and > symbols are where they should be, and if you're still having problems feel free to drop me or any of the other mods a PM with a link to the post where you're trying it and it's not working and we'll have a look to see how we can help you.

Nicole,

From what I saw, it may be that rip55 was also using the "Insert image" button (there were a lot of [IMG]'s and double http//'s. Looks like he's got it handled now (according to PM at 9:14 AM).

Are you copying and pasting straight from Flickr? If you do that, you just need to paste the HTML so it appears as it does on the Flickr page, not go via any of the insert image links that provide different routes to doing things.

Also, what operating system are you using (Mac, Linux, Windows, etc... and what specific type). Information on your web browser would also help.

To all concerned:

Iguanasan has posted a couple of video tutorials HERE for posting from Flickr & Picasa. This may be helpful to some.

Thanks Dave - I'd forgotten about those.

Question save images safely?

Hello friends, I am new to this website and not able to find how to post a new thread where to ask questions. This may not be the right place for my query but anyway, please guide me where do i save all my images safely. CD or my PC is not a safe place to create an archive.

You are looking for the "new thread" button, which you will find near the top of each forum. You could also search for "backup" or "archive" - as you can imagine, the question comes up a lot!
