Default The beautiful Jessica

Decided to try some "strobist" styles (580 @ front and 430 @ back)

Beautiful indeed. I don't think i could find anything wrong with this portrait if i tried. I can't wait to buy some cactus triggers for myself...

I'm curious - what were you using to fire the flashes? canon's system i assume?

Beautiful indeed. Care to share kind of how you have everything set up (where the flashes are located, how they are pointed, etc.)?

Ohh, and any post-processing, like on the skin?

Thanks for the comments.

I used 1 ebay trigger to power the 580ex then used Canon's wireless to power the 430ex. The ebay triggers have been super good to me. I haven't had any issues at all.

I got the 580 bouncing off the wall from the lower right.
Then the 430 is shooting from the right at the back wall.

As for skin smoothing. This is where I jump and say I love flashes. They did majority of the work for me. I went in and did some smoothing but very little.
Her skin is almost flawless as it is though.

Trelaflip, I am very jealous.. only thing I like more than a beautiful portrait is a beautiful portrait of a beautiful woman. Great job as always. look foward to seeing more of your work.
