Default B&W Vs Color

Okay...I posted the B&W last week and here is the color shot. Which do you prefer? Your comments and suggestions are very much appreciated...Cheers, Todd

ToddC,

Even before it finishes downloading, I see the color adds so much dimension to the fountain's look, separating foreground/background and waterdrops. It also says bronze, not stone. Loads of information in colors.

I am usually more of a black and white man, but the color makes it stand oout. In the black and white, it looks so blended in. I say color.

I agree....I have learned recently that to have a great B&W you gotta have great contrast shadows and highlights.
The front statue doesn't have a whoe lot of different shadows and highlights.
The color adds alot to the shot.
