Sure, I'll bite! I really like the concept of both pictures but both are a bit out of focus. the second in my opinion was cropped just a hir to short as some of the lashes were cut off and the bright white spot could be toned down a bit as it is rather distracting from the rest of the eye.

I like the concept of the first photo, but I would prefer it to be in focus.

The focus in the 2nd photo is off as well and I can't help but wonder if it would be better in color. The b&w doesn't really seem to add anything.

I find that you captured nicely the eye of your sister, I love the details of the iris.
The piture of the eye of your father seems to busy.
