Default Classical folk art

Had been to Yakshagana, classical folk art form of the state of Karnataka in India. The stage will be quite simple without any background, singers and musicians will be there behind the artist.

The participants were children and this was my attempt to capture one of little artist expression.

Any critique?

Palachandra,

Face is excellent showing expressiveness and good makeup coloring. If this is a crop, it's a little tight at hand and head. Showing more costume would be good, keeping attention on face.

Palachandra,

You're right about microphone, also the other faces and lettering would take much attention away from performer. Second shot is also good. Expression in first is still better.
