Default Beachage

Hi guys,
Took this panoramic while on holiday in Spain a few weeks back, just stitched it together this morning, what do ya think?

It's 9 photos stitched together using Hugin and then cropped down a bit to tidy it up.

all I can say is - wish I were there!...

Like it, cool stitch.. you can see the little patches of light and dark a tiny bit at the joins but who cares... SUN!...

Thanks, wish I was back there too

I'm not too sure why the light has made those bands across the image, all photos were taken using the same settings, guess it could have been the blending the app used. I dunno.

looks real nice. i feel like you can print this out and use it as living room wall paper, so its like you're always at the beach.

you could try Mpix or there is a site called bigphoto.com that may be able to print it. I have never used bigphoto before, but they say they do any size or shape from 4x4 to 40x70 or you can go longer than 70 as a special order.

You mentioned that you used the same settings for all shots. Did you also use a manual WB setting? AWB in pano shots has given me problems.

I was wondering why the "bowel" effect - high on each end and low in the middle. Or is that just my old eyes.
