Default Panorama critique

Hello All,

I tried to shoot following Panorama but I think I didn't get enough sharpness and I could not capture sky well. Any other critique or how can I improve on these two options with out playing it in Photoshop?

Thanks

To me it looks good but I can't view the larger version because Flickr is blocked at work. I think it's a nice shot.

I like the shot itself, the only thing I really notice is the splits between orig photos, was there a difference in white balance settings or something when taking the pictures? you can see the shot get lighter going from left to right and for a couple of them it doesn't take much to see the line between the shots. It looks like the brighter areas of the picture came out with everything way lighter. The one that stands out the most to me is the far left with everything really dark and the water marks don't seem to quite match up to the next frame to the right. I'm sure it had to do with the sky being darker but there is a definate contrast there that doesn't seem entirely natural.

@seltzer
I think I left white balance on Auto mode.

My apologies but I didn't understand what you said here. But on the left hand side, there is indeed very little illumination and distant as compared to the right hand side part of the picture from the place where I was taking this shot from. I doubt this satisfies the explanation but I will appreciate if you could elaborate by pinpointing.

I tried looking at the EXIF data but non available..

Recomendations for getting a sharp image:

1. Use a large f number such as f.16 (not necesarily the largest which would usually be around f.22)

3. Use a sturdy tripod or surface

4. Use the timer function rather than pressing the shutter button yourself

I probably didn't explain myself well. When I view the picture going from left to right there appear to be lines where the contrast changes as you would get if splicing multiple pictures side by side that had different brightness or white levels. At least the one that really stands out is the frame on the far left. This may just be because of the building about 1/5 in with the full side lit up that is causing a contrast balance issue above and below it since both buildings directly to it's sides are much darker. But this is me nitpicking I think. The reason I think it might be overall just darker on that far left one is that I don't see the same issue with the building on the far left that is fully lit up.
