I was going to print one of these to frame which one ,if either, or are there anything else I can do to improve??

Personally, of the two, I like the first one better, looks sharper. I might even try a little desaturation to give a softer feel to the capture. Very pretty girl! Good luck in your choice.

Contrast on the first one is better, the second one doesn't have any true blacks.

I agree, the first one would be my choice as well. I like the sharpness in it, as it really brings out the detail much better.
