Default Just after a shower

Got out of bed, put on my boots and stepped out after a brief morning shower. The entire mountain was drenched, picked this beauty with a few drops of water, beside the path. With the morning light, it looked like the lips of a lady, kissed by her lover. I loved the colour, I loved the imperfection of the petals.

subrataofkris,

Your introductions are an extra pleasant present with your photos. Thanks for the ambiance. A beautiful rose, could also have shot in landscape orientation to make image larger, maybe angled to right? Great soft light.

Thanks JC, I will try the landscape format. From your observations, I think diagonal arrangement of flowers look better than horizontal or vertical. I will keep that in mind in my next shoot.
