nice clouds seems this is the standard for Eiffel shots. A perspective I think we all have seen. I'm very tired but seems a bit out of focus.....is it just me?
WOuld love to see it in person did you get to go up to the top.....
A shot from the top looking down would be be real nice...if thats possible.

I liked the shot, the subject is definitely well documented before, but always nice to have your own perspective. The tower seems slightly out of focus though... I don't know if you are okay with re-editing, but I will only be posting to DPS... Here is what I would have done...

I like the way you framed it to cut out the ground and the hordes of tourists no doubt lingering about.

For a truly different perspective, if you've got Quicktime installed, try this (wait 'til it's loaded, then drag around to change the view). It's by Eric Rougier. If you know anything about how cubic panoramas are stitched together from multiple images, you really scratch your head over that one. Not to mention this one. Luckily, Rougier hangs out on panoguide and explains how he did it.

Now that is a cool idea! Now my minds spinning trying to figure a way of doing something like this and a suject to do it with!

i like it even if it does seem 'standard' for the eiffel tower. my complaint would be that it's too tightly cropped on the top and cuts off the very tip of the tower. framing it at more of an angle would have avoided the problem.
