Nice sharp shot and quite close! What lens did you use?

Nice and sharp! I like the diagonal line from lower left to upper right formed by the head and horn.

I might try to build in a little more contrast and/or try to bring the subject out from the background a little more. But overall very nice!!

Thanks...I used a 55-200mm. It's not very fast, but it does the trick in outdoor shots like this.

Very nice. I like the tight frame and sharpness.

I love animal shot and that is so nicely done. There is one distraction in the upper left-hand corner, trash or hair either on your lens or on the antelopes horn. Still love the pic.

Nice! I like the fact you didnt feel the need to include alot of the body. The head is the interest on an animal such as this. The horns are nicely captured and love the shadows. Might be a bit too much shdows on the face for me but hey thats minimal....
Great shot!

Thanks for your comments. I've examined the distraction that you identified and it appears to be a natural hair protruding from the horn. Regards, Todd

The lens I used was the AF-S Nikkor 55-200mm 1:4-5.6 ED VR Lens. It's a little slow, but it does the trick! Thanks for your comments...TC
