![]() This old abanonded church was a picture i took last year with my FujiS602z camera. The sky behind it was blah so I decided to add some cool clouds. Thoughts or tips?

Ah, this must be the companion to your other shot of the church (I'm looking at old entries in the forum that got no reponses).
Ignoring the slightly dodgy masking, because you've shown that you can now do better than that, I still don't think this shot is as good. The building is rather soft and I think a more focused initial picture would be a better choice for further work. It would be interesting to see the original though - I'm sure the masking, which looks like a really bad case of chromatic aberration at the moment (the lens causing discolouration along edges), is throwing off my perception of other areas of the photo. All I did was to copy the church on top of the sky. Thats it.
Ahh I couldnt figure out what you were talking about on the edges but now I see it along side the twigs. I had redone this after I posted it here and took thos eout all together. Perhaps when i get off work I can run home and post the orginal for you!

The twigs but also slight "haloes" along one or two other areas. Would be interested in seeing an improved version.
