I like your shot. The colours are very nice and it gives me a very good idea of the organization of the plantation. The palms provide some scale but I am confused about the animal in lower right quadrant. Is it a dog, horse or camel? it's hard to tell on my monitor.

Nothing much familiar objects/subjects to scale, just a pattern. will that tree at the right works?
