Nice sharp lines, diagonals and reflections!
The only thing I don't like is the placement of the people exact in the center of the picture.
Maybe it would have even be stronger when there were no people on the picture at all.

Mischa has a good point about the cropping. I think the people are OK as the keep me in the frame. I would reposition them in the lower right third of the frame by cropping a little off the base and right side. Interesting reflections off the polished tiles. Good eye for a quick shot!

I totally agree with the last three. Great photo but a little less floor could put the people looking up and out into the photo.
Nice job though and the B&W is the way to go.
