I saw this little guy on my neighbours trellis and thought it would make a good photo. Do you think it needs to be cropped?

Nice capture

There is a lot of wood in the picture and the squirrel is kind of in the middle of the picture.
Maybe you should try leaving out some wood on the bottom and on the left.

Nice picture of the little squirrel - but I would probably also crop a bit from the left and the buttom - like Mischa.

Very sharp. Nicely shot. If you are going to try out different crops, you might also try cropping the bottom and right so as to put your cheeky subject in the top right third.

Yes, I agree with all the above. But I like the way the wood looks monotone, and its a nice sharp image. I like it.

That is the actual colour of the wood, old weather beaten and distressed. I cropped the photo so what do you think now?

I would have tried a more off centre approach but I still think this works well. (Although Im starting to think he can see into my soul or he is trying to hypnotise me )
