I really like the composition in this image and the scene in general. I could go with or with out the girl in the forground. Did you use a polarizer when you took this? I think if you did no that would be the next thing to do to improve this image. If you don't have a polarizer i would pick one up they are the most useful filters. I would also shoot at higher f-stop next time like f-11 or f-16 to get a deeper depth of field. The building gets a little soft.

Nice postcard-style of photo. The girls position would be strengthened if she were moved a little more into the picture, either by recompsing when you shot it or, if possible, have her change her position. I also wonder what has been cut off of the left hand side by the palm tree. This scene would have been a good candidate for a 2-shot panoramic. Otherwise, nice color and balance. Do you recall where you placed the point of focus when you shot this?

Do you have EXIF and type of camera? It's a good shot, but super noisy and conditions don't seem consistent with a high ISO shot.
