I like the way that this looks kind of imposing because of the angle. It gives it a real sense of presence in my mind. You've got a good balance between sky and building as well.
I think the biggest thing that I would change is that you don't have one definitive part of the building in the picture. So, in this picture you have the part of the building to the left that has the pointy roof (excuse my lack of architectural terms lol) and on the right you have the gorgeous round roofs with the crosses. In my mind it kind of lacks focus on one area of the building. Perhaps by moving one way or the other you would be able to get just the rounded roof part of the building or more of the pointy roof part. It would give it a more definitive focus. Like I'd love to see the entire arch to the right in the picture instead of being cut off. I hope that my thoughts are clear, it's kind of hard to explain Oh, and if possible, your picture might benefit from a polarizing filter to deepen the sky and create a nice contrast with the clouds. But that's secondary. I hope you get your wish and get to go back, I'm sure that the cathedral must present numerous photographic opportunities ![]() Edit: Snap, beaten by clockdoc on the polarizer comment lol
