Sky's the limit...

I took this picture while we were driving - I was just trying to see what the camera can do. I personally love the color, but please tell me what I could've done to make it better. Thank you

As a test, it's a good start. Now change the shutter speed, aperture, ISO and any modes the camera (which is...?) may provide and compare them all to learn loads about what the camera can do. One photo says "It works."

For interest, you could zoom closer to upper right, having sky framed by cloud, instead of cloud framed by sky.

This is an excellent keeper for that file of stock cloud photos you may need some day to enhance a senic with a bland sky. Try running it through Picasa2's (free from Google) Filter Effects with the red filter which will turn the shot into black and white and darken the blue sky. It simulates shooting the clouds with a red filter in black and white film. If your camera has an infrared capability, you could try shooting similar shots for comparison.
