I was trying out the settings on my Olympus E500. Had it on the auto settings for Fireworks for which it seems to me the shutter speed may be a bit too slow. What are your thoughts

windrider, I'd say it's a matter of personal preference. The drooping of the rays in the first shot, for me, is absolutely wonderful... but perhaps you hoped for the "bang" moment?
If so, the second and third shots both captured that very well. Exposure looks great to me.
