Very nice capture, color and composition. I appreciate the EXIF data as well. I just posted some hints in the Tips forum I heard on the local news from a professional photographer. In essence he suggested using a tripod, camera set to Bulb, ISO 100 and f/11 or ISO 200 and f/8 (no higher ISO is needed), use manual focus to avoid the autofocus mechanism from seeking focus and focus on infinity, listen for the burst that propels the fireworks into the sky and quickly open the shutter (close after the display has diminshed or keep it open for several bursts), try to include a building or other structure in the scene for scale and perspective, use a wide angle lens so that you don't have to keep reframing the scene. Shoot lots of images.
