Default Lady Beetle

Got another one for critiquing here. Originally I kinda liked this photo, but the more I look at it the more I'm beginning to NOT like it that much . I did a little post processing with Curves and Colour Selection. And a crop.
I guess it's true that you are you're own worst critic. Just wanted to know what everyone else thinks. Don't hold back!

ribkaje,

Crop lower 45%. Turn remaining upper portion vertically. Lady beetle is coming down the weed stalk, very pleasant look. I'd clone out some of the stray stalks to simplify. Now I like it.

I agree with jiminyClickit on the crop. The shot looks a bit noisy and blurry to me, though. The background also looks a bit busy.

ribkaje,

In another area I said if someone were to look at their photo in a different way, I would feel rewarded. Here's hoping your photo looks better to you. It even appeared to be 3-dimensional:

Whoa... that is so much better than before! Think I'll give it a go as well. Much thanks jC. You never fail to inspire.

I think crop work well but imho the angle and framing .. doe not leave much of chance to crop. I have a shot to share with you although not the best of the best.
