Olympus E500. Macro, iso 200, Raw, 1/15, Slave flash. This is my first attempt at shooting water drops. I shot this in a tupeprware bowl in my kitchen which is probably why that no matter what i did i could not get the blue i wanted, so I made it into abstract.Any hints any ideas on how to shoot water drops better?

Great work for your first attempt! When you say you used a slave flash, can you describe the process a litle more? How may hundred shots did it take to get a few keepers? 8-) Well done! There are many sites that offer tips on shooting water drops. For starters, check out this site:

When i say slave flash I meant I stuck on my Phoenix and played with the direction of the flash. I actually shot about 30 before i settled on this one and one other.
