Composition looks okay to me, but the whole picture seems out of focus.

What a traffic jam! Unfortunately, this one is oof. Were you using a slower shutter speed or doing it handheld?

I agree with Saralonde on the focus of this and the M&M shot. I also agree that your composition is definitely improving. Just need to get yourself a tripod to take the next step.

Good motion corner to corner. I think it could benefit slightly from either cropping the left hand side so that the line of cars is smack in the lower left corner or recomposing slightly to put it there.

It doesn't look like motion blur to me though, almost like the lens wasn't clean? Dunno.

I agree that the focus (or blur or whatever it is) is clearly taking away from the shot. I also think that if you clear that issue up, then you should also increase the exposure slightly. Nothing really seems to pop out at you in the shot, when Vegas is clearly a pop-out at you sort of place. If you choose to increase the exposure, be sure to crop out the top of the image or you'll get some ugly tower cranes in your background (barely visible now). It's a difficult shot to get right since you don't want to crop out the fake Eiffel Tower at right.
