Nicely Done! I'm very new to photography so I can't offer you any sage advice like a lot of the people on here but this is the internet so that won't stop me from commenting any ways.

For me, the impact would be greater if the shot were framed more tightly to the eagle. Maybe make the frame more square. It's a great shot though, great timing!

Yeah, there's a whole lotta sky on the left that adds nothing to the image. I'd crop & enlarge some more. Beautiful capture!

Great shot. Lost my previous message. (UGH) I took the liberty of proposing a crop. I hope it was ok to do so. Anyhow, this is an Osprey of "Fish-Hawk". You see them in the Mountains this time of year.

Spectacular birds to watch. With a 6 ft wing span, they hover high in the sky above a lake while targeting their prey and make a screaming nose-dive down into the water.

Savvy about aerodynamics too, since they clutch the fish head first into the wind when flying!

Wonderful timing! Great capture Rex! I agree with the others on a tighter crop to emphasize the eagle more.
