Hi all,

Caught this when the players took a break! I want to know if you think the scene is a little too busy. (Thats what caught my eye in the first place!) C/C is most welcome!

Well sometimes these type of shots work because they are busy and there are lots of interesting things to look at. A shot from the perspective of one of the players (maybe opposite to the current shot) and a bit lower may include the viewer more.

Smoking kills!!! Then again, so does just about everything else!

It's not a still life form, where you could creatively arrange things. Unless you want to do that after the game. So it is a little busy. Might not seem as busy if it had more frame room, table, whatever is out of view. Color combinations are attractive, too. (So you spell "goitre" the English way; it looks bettre, or at least more propre.)

The composition does look a little too crowded, the stuff in the foreground kinda draws your attention away from the scrabble board. Nice shot, though.
