Default Tractor, photoshopped

This was taken in color, then desaturated and history painted for the color.

I like how you post-processed the shot. It gives it a vintagy feel..

As for critiques, I think the silver sign is distracting. First, it seems to be out of focus or otherwise difficult to read. Second, it's right in the middle of the frame, which might work in some cases, but I don't think it works here.

I think the concept is great, and if you ever have a chance to reshoot it, I think you could make a very spectacular shot. It's just that the sign takes a lot away from the shot, imho.

I like the concept. I think the sign is great but I'd like to have another hint of what this is. Would a vertical format with the chrome sign and a blurred tire in the background or the front grill of the tractor work? I dont't know. Is this the front or side view of the tractor?

Just an idea.

I think the issue with the sign is that it appears to be fuzzy because of the reflection of the sun off of it.

I'm getting that it maybe too closely cropped which hadn't actually occurred to me. I think we sometimes get to close to our own work (pun intended) to see it properly. I'll have to see if I have one from a further distance. I've got a few more from the same shoot but not sure that I got any from farther back.

thanks for your comments!
