It looks good, good focus good everything...!

BUT

I think it's slightly on the dull side (more light needed), but if you want a somber mood this works fine

Not sure. I like the discarded idea, but I wonder how it would look in b&w.

I think it's a beautiful image as is, but I wonder about black and white as well.

I think it looks great, sombre as it is. The darkness adds to the mood. And I think color suits it (but do try it in b&w, see if you get something you like)... with the green plant life, it really brings into contrast the man-made junk and nature. It's a great shot!

Looks good but I think black and white would be better only because the can is black and white.

Default BW Version

Empty BW

Converted to black and white. Don't know which one I like better.

in all honesty i like the color version better. i feel it has a clash of the warmth of the color against the dullness of the can, but i do think more light would have been better.

good job

What if you did it in color, but desaturated?

The can looks monochrome anyway and I like the contrast of the fresh green shoots against it. Overall, I think it is a pretty successful shot - if you do decide to head down the black and white route, I think you need to bump up the contrast a little more than the version you did.
