Default Afternoon

This picture I took aprox 6.00 pm , in San Isidro , Lima , Peru, the sky has this color and I want to remember.



Please critique my shot, I want to learn.

Personaly, i would find it more attractive if the plant was not there. Either that or you get more od the plant in the picture.

I love the plant. And the colors are stunning.
If I were editing this photo, the one thing I might do is crop it so that the plant is further to the right on a third line and perhaps a bit more prominent.
My eye is more interested in the texture of the clouds to the left than of the empty space on the right.

All in all, a beautiful shot to work with. Congrats!

Nice sky color. Plants can work in a shot like this but they really do need a base as opposed to cutting them up their stalk. If a lower angle were posasible to get the full stem, I think the plant would work better. I appreciate your effort here!
