Wrong settings

Really new to all this photography stuff, just got a new Sony alpha 100 and now need to learn how to use it, all criticism and advice welcome.

I'm getting a message saying the photo is currently unavailable. Did you remove it from your flickr site?

I'm not sure what is wrong with the first post, I've only just joined both flickr and here.

Sometimes it takes a few days for your account to be approved. That certainly affects the ability for pictures to show up on public streams on Flickr - I don't know if that would also affect linking to other images.

Here is the relevant info taken from the photo's properties:
Sony Alpha100, 18-70mmzoom, colour representation sRGB, focal length 26mm, f/4.5, 1/50sec, ISO100, metering mode centre weighted average, exposure program aperature priority and exposure compensation 0 step
