Bulldozer by the look of it!
I'd have liked to see the girl off to one side of the picture. She is just a bit too central for my tastes.
I do like the contrast between foreground and background subject - an innocent child playing near a machine of brute force.

Yes! it is a Caterpillar bulldozer parked outside the site, I saw kids playing near it. It was a sunday afternoon and no work on the construction area. I first shot the bulldozer in full with the kids near it. When i previewed it, it looks like a tank. I waited for about a 15minutes until I saw this perfect moment, this girl running.

I did a little cropping above to remove the tag Caterpillar
