Nice work!
If the full reflection of the boy could be included it would be even better. The only other piece of advice i can offer is if you get a second chance at this shot (or something similar), maybe try shooting from a bit lower, so you're closer to the boys perspective. Sometimes this can make the reflection darker and more definite as well, if thats what you wanted. But none the less, it's still a very good shot, and i like it a lot!

Thanks for all the praise!
I thought about kneeling down to the boy's level, but I liked the fact that you actually don't see his head. I wanted to emphasize his smallness between all the grownups rushing home from work. Unfortunately, I didn't get a good shot of his entire reflection. There wasn't much time to take the shot, since it was starting to rain badly. Bad weather can set the scene for very nice pictures, but it does have its downsides!
