Default London Eye at Night

London Eye at Night

I took this hand held. Honestly, I deleted several before I managed this one.

looks decently sharp for being hand-held. i would be nice to see the exif data

anyways, looks nice. maybe grab a little tripod or gorillapod for thouse quick night shot long exposures. it looks a little grainy, so with the longer shutter speed with the tripod, you can turn down ur iso.

exif data is on the flickr site. Traveled from the states and didn't think about my mono. I'll know better the next time I travel. Still wouldn't have helped on this shot ... monopods are ok for horizontal shots. I could have laid on my back!

Great job for handheld. Nice composition. Did you get to take a ride?

Yes, I did ride the Eye. Another photo from this series is posted on the critique me thread.

Yes, it is possible to take a bad "eye" photo. Type London Eye in Flickr to see some other good and a lot of ok and a few bad ones.
