Default Urban Skater Girl

Had a quick shoot with a friend for some fun. I really like how the post processing turned out. I got the urban feeling I was after. Just like to see what some of you think.

I have to experiment more. There are some things I'm not yet 100% happy with for example the vignetting and I seem to lose detail in the eyes when taken full body shots. I guess it's not to bad when taking photos in a alley with no sun or any flash.

I think the photos look great. The only thing that I notice is that the white of her eyes seem a little over-emphasized.

Hey, I think you are going to have to adopt a policy of simultaneous posting both in this section and in the Before and After Section -- you can pretty much expect that when you post work like this, the rest of us are going to want to know your secrets!

Apart from the composition, lighting, sharpness, etc. which I recognize I cannot replicate on my computer, I think I am seeing desaturation, a vignette or two, and then a very nice job to get that yellow/brown hue -- how did you do it?

Oh brilliant, love them all, very "street", and of course a beautiful model. Was all the graffiti already there ? Its almost like it was a ready made studio. You've made the very best of an ordinary back street, well done

I like the quality of the light, especially in the last two.
