Such beautiful eyes! I like the nice close-up, but the overall tinge of blue is a little off putting. It might be due to your white balance setting.

i tweaked the raw wb settings and come out with this

this was shoot at

50mm
iso 100
exposure 1/200sec at f/ 1.8

Polarrr-,

Tweak is warmer, more baby-colored. I would go after the rectangular catchlight in baby's right eye (photo-left) with a cloning tool, though. Then lighten the left eye (photo-right) until the balance is closer and focus seems less cross-eyed.

Since I am such a fan of "catchlights" in portraits, I couldn't resist adding some. I removed the larger 'window' catchlight from the right eye, lightened the left eye (after posting, I may have lightened it a bit too much ), and added catchlights at 10 o'clock to both eyes. I like the warmer skin tones much better than in the original as well.

World of difference; now they mesmerize. You are probably right to want to dim slightly the eye on left to agree with curvature shadow. Either complicated catchlights or ones missing altogether can affect overall image, so you've added value to a good photo.

i might give that a go when im not drunk
tho i did shoot off about 200 shots tonight during our work piss up i wonder what awsome pictures i got out of that set

but deffiently a world of difference it draws you in and mesmarises you
