I like it....particularly the reflections....wonder how a more head on angle would look?

I like this - nicely observed. I guess it would have been rather difficult to take a more head on angle without getting yourself in the shot.

I like the way the cracked glass is the focus and the city the background. Nice imagination and nice image!

Also, at that time of day, the head on shots were not getting a good set of reflections - the shots were rather dull. Ideally with a wider lens and better perspective i would have had the top and bottom line of the glass plane converging out to infinity... but o well.
