Default Fishing at sunset

Nothing to crazy. Just a random shot from tonight. I'm liking it myself specially how open I kept it.

There are 2 things I really like in this photo.

#1: the sky with some really funky looking clouds and lighting
#2: the 'vastness' this photo projects

I might not exactly be the right person to be critiquing shots (as I'm still very new to photography) but I think you've got yourself a pretty neat picture here. The only thing I might have done differently is take another shot a little closer to the person fishing but that's just me.

Good job!

I like it! Nice composition. I wonder what that diagonal line in the sky is.

Nice shot. I wonder what cropping it in would look like? Maybe trying to get rid of the darkness on the left hand side and the clouds covering most of the sunlight.

trelaflip,

Your "open" and ribkaje's "vastness" describe the best part of photo. In one way the beach and fisherperson at bottom seem too small in proportion, but that may add to the sense of huge, and show that you were some distance away. Nice shot.

just about to say that jiminy.....the huge openess is emphasized by the size of the fisherman in the photo. Great shot...always love seeing your photos.

Wow, really loving that second one. Great colours, great reflection, it's nice and clear what's going on... really just pops
