Default Bruised yet Beautiful

Bruised yet Beautiful

Taken during an outing to a park last week with some friends.

Very minor color correction.
No Photoshop whatsoever this time. Something I consider quite a feat.

Comments and Crits are more than welcome

Default I like it

I find myself dying to know what she is looking at, and why she seems to be concerned. I quite like the way you have composed the shot so she is looking into plenty of open space.

I'm a little distracted by the strands of hair that have been drawn out by the wind to the left of the picture, maybe these could be removed with post-processing (if you are into that).

Wow great shot mate! Very pretty girl, good placement of her in the frame and expression. My only complaint is that wisping hair, I can't decide if I like it or not but, I can't help but stare at it. I am talking about the few hairs that go into the middle of the frame.

I also love the shot, but find myself drawn to the whisps of hair.
Is she wearing potato chips for earings?

Personally I like it. I left the strands of hair on purpose. I think that it adds to the composition of the picture. (Masters of composition please berate me if I am wrong)

I think the hair looks out of place. The rest of her hair isn't fluttering in the wind, it is just calmly placed at the back of her head. I think if you had a little more of the hair flying it would have made it all match up.

Definitely gotta lose the stray hairs. What's up with the title? "Bruised yet Beautiful"? Is there a story that goes with it? Or did I miss something.

I think those expired pringles hanging from the ears are the bruised part.

I like the emotion captured. Have to disagree with most others about the hairs. I think it adds to the image by letting you know there was probably a chilly breeze which adds to the emotional element.
