Default Overgrown And Under-love

Hey guys!

Went out last night to take some photo's.

Found this bench and took some pictures of it, it just appealed to me.

Original -

Modified -

What i did was add a curve and slight crop to bring the image forward.

What do you guys think?

ike,

ike,

Good image, simple story-telling shot. I almost never suggest changes to titles, so just assume after responding to a page and a half of posts, I'm in a "what the heck?" mode: "Overgrown, Underloved"

Maybe a little less dark, too?

was this taken using the on camera flash?
the second image looks like the contrast/saturation was bumped up a ton.

Jiminiy - I wasn't sure which title to actually use, so i used the more obscure one, but on reflection i do agree with the name change. It seems to be more impacting than my original.

mdwsta4 - It was on camera flash, i agree it is a little too dark, but i liked the contrast between the yellow flowers,

would adding a layer mask help improve the darker areas towards the back of the shot?

thanks guys,

ike,
