Question Garage in Plaza Mayor

I have a strong recent tendency to make all my photos black and white, to me it looks better in black and white but it could just be a phase (others tell me i'm being lazy by not doing colour)

Please advise on which one is the "better" one and why!

I personally prefer it in b&w. The scene looks very old -- the only modern-looking thing is the car. For that reason, the black&white appeals more to me.

nice shot, btw.

Personally I like the color better. Something about how warm the light is from the archway. My only gripe about either image is that it is leaning ever so slightly to the right.

I say go w the B&W, it adds some mystique to it. I also don't like the fact that it's tilted though

I like them both, but the black & white wins by a fraction because I am distracted by the red brake light of the car for some reason which is also reflecting in the balustrade. Really like them both.

I think it looks better in black & white, but not because of the composition or anything. It's because it's high-contrast, and high-contrast shots seem to often look better B&W than color.

I really like the black and white, it seems to fit the photo better since both the car and the people in it have a rather "old time" feel to them. Have you tried a slight sepia tint? Just for a variation? I like the lighting as well, just something about the right side with the people distracts me a tiny bit. Seems a little off-balanced but not much you can do about that now and its a really minor thing.
