Default Capilla Buffo (Buffo Chapel)

This is a shot I took in Cordoba, Argentina. Since it was taken with a Canon A70, it was post processed to overcome the limitations of the camera and make the photo as close as I could to the real thing.

Nai no Kami, Welcome

Interesting photo, vibrant blue shade. If I had seen actual chapel, maybe it would be easier to appreciate. Hard to get context from this view, as striking as it is.

It's a very strange place, hidden in the middle of nowhere. All the paintings were made using only vegetable dyes. Also the "string" you see is a part of a seismograph contraption. You feel like inside a Myst series game.

Nai no Kami,

Another gift on DPS, thanks to you. One more place I may never see any other way, and can at least be made aware of through your photo. Thanks for the post!

It is a strong image. I might be tempted to lighten parts of the picture a bit more to balance out what I presume are holes showing the sky (overexposed but fine in this context) but I think it is one to hold onto.

Those holes indeed "show" you the sky. The use of quotation marks is because they have thick and dirty pieces of glass so if they were "properly" exposed they would look gray. You could see light coming through them, but not the sky.

Thanks for your encouraging words.
