Default Mozambique mobile

I spent some time in Mozambique last year where I collected shells and made a mobile back home. The shadows on the wall are rather intriguing and I tried photgraphing it. I've made a lot of colour adjusts to get it lighter. (I've also attached the original).

Do you guys also see a dancer in the stick's shadow or is it just me?

Purplepixie,
I love the "Shadow Dancer"! Like the muted tones of the darker version very much too. Very gentle and serene.

purplepixie,

Yes, a naughty fan dancer. What great eyes you have for this. Good work on lightening, too.

Hi,
Very interesting technique. You have a good eye for the abstract. You may want to try a more "point" light source (smaller bulb, smaller reflector) and see how that affects the 'edge' of the shadows. I also see the dancer you mentioned. Nice work!
